Bodypack Lifetime Warranty

Bodypack products are covered by Lifetime Warranty. If the purchased product is damaged during use (seams & zippers), it can be repaired for free.

How do I get a Lifetime Warranty?

Starting September 2021, every purchase of Bodypack bag products will get a lifetime warranty for seams & zippers. Other than seams & zippers such as pullers, buckles, and other accessories will be charged.

How to Claim Lifetime Warranty

  • Products to be repaired can only be sent to the Bodypack Head Office.
  • There is no need to use purchase receipts or warranty cards for warranty claims.
  • Click the Google Forms link button on the banner or at the bottom of this page. Enter your personal data and upload photos of the product and the damage.
  • Wait for the Repair Admin Team to respond via email or phone number to provide information on whether the product can be repaired or not (maximum 2 working days).
  • If the product is declared repairable, go to the Lifetime Warranty page again to download the product shipping address label.

How Do I Ship the Product to Be Repaired?

  • UDownload and print shipping labels by clicking the “Print Shipping Label” button at the bottom of this page.
  • Pack the product to be repaired properly to prevent further damage during shipping.
  • Take the product to the nearest expedition and send the product to the address listed on the shipping label.
  • Shipping costs are borne by the consumer.
  • When the product has been repaired, the Repair Admin team will contact you and return the product (free of charge).

E-Lifetime Warranty

Lifetime warranty for the purchase of Bodypack bag products since September 2021 can be accessed via a browser on a cellphone.

How Do I Get An E-Lifetime Warranty?

  1. Contact our Customer Support at +62-878-3013-2323 or come to the nearest offline store to activate the Electronic Lifetime Warranty (digital warranty).
  2. Register at to make it easier to check the warranty.
  3. E-Lifetime Warranty activation and Membership Registration can also be done by contacting the Repair Admin at +62 815-7347-2788

Product Repair Time

The length of the product repair process depends on the level of product damage and the difficulty of installing other accessories. Detailed information will be delivered by the Repair Admin.

Repair Charges

Product damage other than seams & zippers such as pullers, buckles, or other accessories will be charged. Contact the Repair Admin for consultation and further information.
