What shipping options can I choose at bodypack.co.id?
We use regular shipping methods for all orders, using the expedition that we have specified.
How much shipping cost should I pay?
We will display the shipping cost during the checkout process.
How can I get free shipping?
Free shipping promos will be announced on our website and social media.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
After the transaction is complete, we will process the order no later than 2x24 hours on working days. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday. No delivery on weekends and public holidays.
How do I know the status of my order?
You will get the order status via email.
How do I track my order?
You can track your order by entering the tracking number in the “Track My Order” column on the front page of our website.
Where is the item I ordered shipped from?
Your order may be shipped from different logistics centers, depending on stock availability and the location closest to you. Information regarding the origin of the goods will be sent via email.
There are several ways to pay your order:
- Credit Cards
If you choose this payment method during checkout, you will be redirect to our payment gateway partner to fill the Credit Card number.
- CIMB Clicks
Special for customer who have CIMB bank account.
- Mandiri Bill Payment
Special for customer who have Mandiri bank account.
- Permata Virtual Account
Permata Virtual Account allow customer to transact through vatious banks. Simply choose Eigerindo as a receiver and enter 013 as the code.
To complete the transaction using GoPay, you must use Go-Jek app to scan QR Code page that will be shown during the checkout process.
Is there any time limit to pay my order?
Yes, every payment method have their own payment time limit:
- For CIMB Clicks and Credit Card payment method, right after you enter your card number, payment will be instantly verified by system.
- For Mandiri Bill Payment and Permata Virtual Account payment method, you have 24 hours to complete the transactions.
- For GoPay payment method, you’re limited by the length time of QR Code appearance.
What happen if I do not made a payment on time?
Your orders will be automatically cancelled if you’re not made a payment within 24 hours.

You need to be logged in and accessing “My Account” to easily manage your account (eg: name, contact) and to get many information about your recent orders (eg: order status). However you still can shopping online on Bodypack.co.id as a guest. Please note, shopping as a guest will only get orders info via the email you placed your order with.
How to register an account on Bodypack.co.id?
It’s free and easy. Go to “Sign in / Register” in the home page and enter the required information correctly to help ups to process your transaction.
What if I forget my password?
Go to login section and simply click “Forgot Password” tab, then we will send a confirmation email containing a link to reset your password. You won’t lost any data by reset your password.
How to check product availability?
Unavailable product(s) will not shown on the web page.
How to find the right size that fit for me?
You can check “Size Chart” menu on our web to help you determine the right and the best fit for all or our products.
Are the prices of products on Bodypack.co.id different with the prices in Bodypack offline store?
There’s no price differencies between products on Bodypack.co.id and Bodypack offline store. On certain period price differencies happen because Bodypack.co.id and Bodypack offline store having different promo.
Does the warranty program cover all product that bought from Bodypack.co.id?
Warranty only applies for certain following products:
- Bodypack Bags covered with 1 year warranty for products which have seams and zipper damage.
- Bodypack Watch covered with 1 year warranty for products which have machine disfunction.
- International products also covered with warranty. Please find the warranty details on each product description.
What if the products I’ve bought from Bodypack.co.id damaged after the warranty end?
You can repair the products by bring it to Bodypack offline store. After warranty end, you’ll be charged for repairment fee based on the damage level.
How to claim warranty if I shop at Bodypack.co.id?
You just have to bring the warranty card and proof of purchase (e-invoice) on your email whle you bring the damage product to Bodypack offline store.
EXCHANGE AND REFUND
Can I exchange the items I have received?
Exchange of goods can be done if:
- You receive a product that does not match the order. Exchanges can only be made if the intended product is still available.
- The products we send are in poor condition (defects, different sizes, not working, etc.).
- You must provide order details as supporting data to continue the process of exchanging goods.
Can I exchange my item for another item?
Exchanges can only be made for similar items.
How long is the exchange deadline from the time the item is received?
You can exchange goods within 7 days of receiving the goods.
Do I have to pay a fee for the exchange?
If the exchange is made because of the wrong size chosen by the customer, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer. If the exchange is made due to an error on our part (defective product, does not work, etc.), then all shipping costs will be borne by us.
What is the refund policy at bodypack.co.id?
Refunds are only valid if the goods received are in bad condition and there is no stock from our warehouse or store to replace the goods.
How long does the refund process take?
We will process refunds no later than 14 days from the date of submission.
